Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects as requested by senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting software
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering accurate, timely financial insights
