Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for business units
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with executive-level summaries
- Analyze operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and monitor performance
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market analysis and capital expenditure reviews
- Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
