Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analyses
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A support and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
