Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets and monitor financial performance
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market research, pricing analysis, and capital planning
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
- Maintain and optimize financial databases and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
