Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Conduct tax research and compliance reviews
- Manage client relationships and address tax-related inquiries
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte, or CCH) for efficient processing
- Assist in audit support and IRS correspondence
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax strategies
- Stay updated on tax law changes and implement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA/Master's preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Active CPA license or progress toward certification
