Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide strategic decisions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Evaluate investment opportunities using ROI and NPV analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
