Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify operational improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through clear, data-driven presentations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial policies
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in FP&A workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
