- Prepare executive-level reports for C-suite and board presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reviews with department heads
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data
