Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze variance reports and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and planning cycles
- Develop KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for expansion opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or SaaS sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
