Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting multi-million dollar investment decisions
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly performance reports to stakeholders across 3 business units
- Lead budgeting processes and variance analysis for Phoenix-based operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Monitor compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated success in creating executive-ready financial presentations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with M&A financial due diligence processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
