Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business optimization
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets supporting strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with executive-level presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VBA, and complex financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in presenting financial insights to C-suite executives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments while meeting deadlines
