Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and presentations highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and assess ROI of strategic initiatives
- Lead monthly close processes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting according to GAAP standards
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through process improvement initiatives and data-driven analysis
- Support M&A activities through due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA, complex formulas) and financial modeling software
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau experience required)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and financial statement analysis
- Proven track record of translating financial insights into strategic business recommendations
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or active pursuit preferred
