Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic business decisions
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and financial strategy
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with precision and accuracy
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses supporting M&A initiatives and market expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
