Responsibilities
- Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person and digital banking channels
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products and services
- Maintain accurate transaction records and account balances
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Must pass background check and credit verification
