Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Conduct market research and industry trend analysis for investment recommendations
- Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in the Colorado Springs or Mountain West region preferred
