Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in financial modeling and scenario planning
- Professional certification (CMA/CFA) a plus
