Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership using advanced visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning and cost optimization
- Monitor KPIs and develop actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or advanced degree a plus
