Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with actionable insights
- Support budget forecasting and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze market trends to identify investment opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost optimization projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present financial findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, Power Query)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification highly valued
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
