Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes

- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to business units
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new market opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and VBA
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
- Proven track record of presenting financial information to C-level executives
- Active CPA designation or equivalent professional certification
