Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive market research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
