Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM balancing procedures while adhering to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Assist with new account openings and documentation compliance
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
