Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to guide strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting processes across departments and monitor performance against KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare board presentations and executive summaries on financial performance
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis and budget management
