Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for 15+ portfolio clients
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks and SAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants and develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in multi-state compliance
