- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage weekend-specific financial reporting cycles and tax documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end and quarter-end closings
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Support audit processes and respond to financial inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with meticulous accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
