Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing of all necessary tax documents.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
