Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and risks
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and valuation analysis

- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for investment opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- CFA or CPA designation strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience with SaaS or technology sector financials a plus
