Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Evaluate investment opportunities using NPV, ROI, and other valuation methodologies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Effective communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
