Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new projects and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
