Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership team
- Collaborate with department heads to improve cost efficiency and revenue growth
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with high accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
