Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
- Prepare detailed budget reports and variance analyses
- Support strategic planning through scenario modeling and financial projections
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for senior leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or CFA designation a strong plus
