Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and forecasting initiatives to drive strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational optimization
- Develop executive dashboards and visualizations for leadership decision support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and cost analysis projects
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A activities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
