Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings (Form 941, state unemployment)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR with time-off requests and payroll inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails
- Collaborate with finance team for month-end closing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Deep understanding of FLSA and Arizona labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
