- Process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify identification documents in strict compliance with bank regulations.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
- Maintain the teller line area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining accurate daily settlement records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle large sums of money accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse clients.
