Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to every customer entering the branch.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and fund transfers.
- Cash Management: Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance daily transactions with precision.
- Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Customer Support: Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Compliance: Adhere to all bank policies, security protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Skillset: Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
