Responsibilities
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support long-term strategic planning.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation.
- Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses for new projects and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
- Certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
