Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather requirements and provide actionable financial insights.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
