Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for portfolio optimization
- Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Support budgeting processes and assist in annual financial planning initiatives
- Present complex financial findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in investment or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- CFA or CPA designation highly valued
