Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to produce insightful reports and forecasts for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation purposes
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with rigorous variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and controls
- Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in tech or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
