Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with commentary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business unit planning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- CFA or CPA designation a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
