Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support M&A due diligence activities
- Mentor junior analysts and implement best practices in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology sector highly desirable
