Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and KPIs to identify trends and forecast performance
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial modeling principles
- Experience with healthcare or tech industry financial reporting
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or similar) highly valued
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
