As a Senior Accountant, you will be the backbone of our financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
