Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and forecasting for multi-million dollar client portfolios
- Develop variance analysis reports and identify optimization opportunities
- Create executive dashboards translating KPIs into strategic insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and resource allocation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new service offerings
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in fintech or professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with financial modeling for subscription-based businesses
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level presentations
- Certification in financial modeling or data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
