Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze variance reports and operational KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and presentations using Power BI and Excel
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across 15+ departmental units
- Perform market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking studies
- Support M&A valuation projects and due diligence processes
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or institutional settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis)
- Strong Power BI or Tableau visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
