Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and identify trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multiple business units
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for leadership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize cost structures and revenue streams
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives and market expansion
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing demands
