Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and prepare comprehensive variance reports
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Present findings to C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Optimize budget processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech/VC
- CPA or CFA designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau)
- Demonstrable success in presenting complex data to non-financial audiences
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
