Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis to explain deviations from budget and forecast, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare and present high-level executive summaries and monthly reporting packages to the C-suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the finance department.
- Support external audits and regulatory compliance requirements with detailed documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
