Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow analysis
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives for 15+ departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare tax documentation and liaise with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with multi-state compliance (FL/TX focus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
