Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state tax regulations for Georgia operations
- Collaborate with tax professionals during quarterly and annual filings
- Maintain organized digital financial records with advanced Excel functions
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Proven track record of multi-client account management
- Deep understanding of Georgia state tax requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
