Responsibilities

- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Experience with regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA) and internal controls
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation highly desirable
